Do I need special hardware or an app?
No app is required. Your card opens in any browser. You can use a physical NFC card/sticker for one-tap sharing, or just use the QR/link.
Can contacts save my card to their phone?
Yes—your card is Apple Wallet and Google Wallet ready. When you update your details, saved cards update automatically.
How are leads delivered and where do they go?
Leads trigger instant WhatsApp or email alerts. Export via CSV/Webhook or sync to tools like HubSpot, Notion, and Google Sheets.
Can my whole team use Hihup?
Yes. Paid plans include unlimited members, team templates, admin controls, and audit trails. Use Event Mode for trade shows to track every scan.
What does it cost? Can I cancel?
Plans: Free, Pro $19.90/mo ($199/yr), Business $29.90/mo ($299/yr). Fair-use limits apply to monthly scans/leads; add capacity anytime. Cancel or upgrade whenever you like.
